Yes, you can submit a booking request through this form. Our team will confirm via phone. A final office visit is required to complete the booking.

The down payment is 20% of the total plot price. The remaining amount can be paid over 3–4 years through monthly or half-yearly installments.

Absolutely. Goraya Associates is RUDA-approved and all plots are NOC-cleared. You will receive an allotment letter, possession certificate, and registered deed.

Possession is already available in Phase I. Once your plot is allotted, you may begin construction subject to society building regulations.

Yes. Overseas Pakistanis can book using their NICOP. If someone is processing on your behalf, a power of attorney is required.
